About Me
About Me
My name is William Hindle and I am a 17 years old South African Born Photographer based in Johannesburg, Gauteng
I started my photography venture when I was 8, snapping simple photographs of wildlife and landscapes, and then further on, I reformed to Portraiture where I could document, as well as manage the whole composition aspect of my imagery. Since the moment I began, I was extremely fascinated about the techniques of photography, and the history itself. I usually photographed wildlife at the Kruger National Park (which is in South Africa), gazing at the odd warthog and antelope, waiting to capture time... But never did I realise that capturing time could become an art. As my photography is developing, I'm progressing into more of an artistic phase, one which I can express my feelings, as well as document moments of time that can gradually be forgotten. I'm currently developing a portfolio, which depicts a contrast between, both developed and developing countries; showing a difference between the two lifestyles, and the good and bad sides of both. As for now, I'm developing my work, entering competitions and building a portfolio. Over the Past two years, I've been focusing primarily on photography competitions, for this influenced my confidence and experience more effectively; motivating me do do the very thing I love, photography.
